Welcome to Otaku Studio! We’re committed to delivering your anime-inspired products safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Times

We partner with a global network of fulfilment centres to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 8–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: These are general estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing or high-demand periods. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. It may take 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t seen movement after 5 days, feel free to reach out.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@otaku.studio with your order number. We'll look into the issue immediately and resolve it as quickly as possible.
