"Customer service deserves a pay raise!"

My package was first sent and marked undeliverable, then destroyed. Not great. But when I reached out to customer service they sent a new package and we tracked down where the delivery issue was. Otaku customer service then re-routed the package through a different carrier to an alternative address. The package arrived safely and undamaged. Instead of doing a refund and washing their hands of the issue, they helped me by solving the issue. 5 out of 5 stars, zero complaints!
